Cancellation and Refund Policy

**Cancellation Policy:**
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them. To cancel your order, please contact us at ruyra.store@gmail.com with your order ID.

**Refund Policy:**
We offer refunds only if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery. The refund request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us with proof (images/videos).

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Note: No refund will be issued for wrong size/color orders unless it's our fault.
